My husband and I listed our bayside condo in Longboat Key, FL with Bobbie Banan in January 2020 hoping to find a home on the oceanside of the island. Since we listed our condo, COVID-19 happened, and my husband, myself and our only child have had to be treated for debilitating injuries or life-threatening illnesses. I have no doubt that if we would have had any other realtor instead of Bobbie, we would not have been able to sell our condo at this time. It would have had to have been taken off the market until our issues were resolved. Not only is she a gifted realtor, she knows every building on the island and which rules and regulations they require, and she kept us immediately informed of any issues or updates pertaining to our home. Bobbie went above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. We were unable to do what was necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the property, due to being unable to travel, and Bobbie helped keep it spotless in our absence. She was even there to allow the movers in, and stayed there the whole time. Most importantly, although our condo was one of the least expensive homes on the island, we felt she treated us like we were her most important clients. Knowing Bobbie, I'm sure she treats all of her clients the same as she has treated us, which makes her so extraordinary. We are eternally grateful to her for all of the kindness, compassion, and her excellent service as a realtor.

Bobbie did an excellent job selling my father's condo. She worked diligently and was on top of every detail. We had to do much of our work by phone and email because we do not live in Florida.
